The closest city is Rivas, 45 minutes.
You will find a large market, the Pali grocery,
restaurants, stores, internet cafes, ATM,
and the bus and taxi station.

Driving directions from the Managua airport to Iguana
Don't be afraid to ask for directions, don't be afraid of police, most everyone will
help you.
DO drive the speed limit- they WILL stop you for speeding
Turn right out of the airport and then bear right at the first roundabout after about
1 mile.
-After about 5 miles turn right, heading S toward the Pan American Highway
(Route 1) toward Tipitapa.
-About 20 minutes south of Tipitapa turn left at the T intersection . Police are
often here, so use your turn signals. 50 yards up on the left is Papa John's Pizza
if you need one last American
meal . You must drive up and do a U-turn and come back to it.
-After another 10 minutes you'll come to a huge roundabout, follow the sign to
Catarina.
(If you go straight you'll end up in Granada, which is no big deal, it's easy to
get directions from there to Rivas).
-You climb up a big hill and go down the other side over about half an hour. You
will pass Catarina, Nicquinohomo, and Diriomo. Eventually you come to an
intersection where you can veer left to Granada or right to Nandaime. Go right.
-You will hit a T intersection just before Nandaime. Turn left.
.-Follow straight for about 1/2 hour to Rivas. If you need groceries, you should
get them in Rivas at PALI Supermarket.
-Just before you come into Rivas, take first big right, which will have signs for
Hacienda Iguana, Rancho Santana, Arenas Tola, Tola.
-Go a mile, or so, and take a right at stop sign toward Tola.
- Follow the road through Tola. Turn left at the stop sign past the park.
-Turn right in 2 blocks, following signs. Stay on main dirt road toward Hacienda
Iguana or Rancho Santana
-Turn left at Iguana gate. (If you come to Rancho Santana you're about 6
kilometers past Iguana)
-You'll need to tell the guard you are guests of the Robertsons, Lot B17,
Marisombra.
- After passing the second guardpost, go right (the Main Office and Don Eloy's
Restaurant were on your right.) Pass some golf townhouses,golf condos, the
Sales Office, until you come to the Round-a-bout. Go left. The beach is now on
your right . Marisombra is 100 yards on your left.

The Small Print Before booking, clients will be asked to acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
A Reservation/Damage Deposit is required to confirm reservation .This is not applied to the rent. The deposit automatically
converts to a Security/Damage Deposit upon arrival. It is fully refundable within 14 days of departure , provided no damage is done
to the house or contents, beyond normal wear and tear; An advance payment of 50% of the rental is due 60 days before arrival.
The balance is due 14 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 60 days before arrival, an advance payment of 50% is due at
booking and the balance is due 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will forfeit the
Reservation/Damage Deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the Reservation/ Damage Deposit and the
advance payment. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent; No refunds due to inclement weather .Arrival times are
between 2pm-6pm. Guests arriving later than 6pm MUST make prior arrangements with the management .Checkout is at 11 am.
The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur while on the premises or its facilities. The
owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests or others whom they invite to use the
premises. NO SMOKING or the use of recreational drugs is allowed on the premises. The owners reserve the right to evict tenants
in the event that they consider their activity to be highly objectionable or unsavory, dangerous, or
destructive to the premises or to the guests themselves. This would include overloading the house with additional guests. No
additional overnight guests are allowed. Such an early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. The person booking the
house and acknowledging these terms does so for their entire party.

Fisherman come to the house selling fresh catch.
Our cooking staff has years of experience cooking in restaurants and vacation homes.
We can modify the menu to acomodate special diet needs or requests.
If you would like some traditional Nica dishes, let us know ahead of time.
Even if you wish to do much of your own cooking, we might suggest
you consider the Full Meal Plan for your first 3 days. This way you arrive to a stocked
kitchen and can settle in before you need to think about shopping.
A typical daily menu might include:

Coffee or tea, Fresh blended fruit Juice, Milk
Eggs and Gallo Pinto (Nicaraguan Rice and Beans),
Fruit Salad with Granola and Yogurt
Pancakes or French Toast
Snacks and Lunch
