Casa Marisombra is the perfect destination for groups with mixed diet
preferences. While the rest of the family enjoys Casa Marisombra's
signature meal plan, vegan guests may sample traditional Nicaraguan
dishes such as biguron and nacatamales prepared with no animal
products. They will find Nicaragua a vegan paradise as they feast on a
variety of seasonal tropical fruits that the local trees have to offer to
those who are in the know (that's us!).
You will taste fruits you've never had before. Even the humble banana
comes in many varieties and is bursting with flavor.
If you don't live in the tropics you may have never tasted a REAL mango,
and even in Nicaragua if you choose to do your own shopping, you won't
find the truly GREAT ones in the markets....

passion fruit, cantaloupe (rock melon), many
varieties of mangos and avocados, lychee,
persimmons, nispero, cashew fruit, young
coconuts, nancite, sapote, and many more. You
